Our Response to Covid-19

The health and safety of our customers, employees and community  is our top priority. We are committed to go the extra mile for you today, and always. When you’re ready to travel again, need a transportation for a weekend, or need a moving van, please know that our focus remains on getting you where you need to go safely and confidently.

We continue to maintain our high standards for safety and cleanliness.  Additional cleaning of both our facility and vehicles are being practiced and along with other precautions as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control & prevention (CDC),  Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) and the World Health Organization(WHO) to ensure we are minimizing the risk of exposure.

We are encouraging employees to follow health authority best practices and wear face coverings. We also implemented social distancing protocols to our car rental process for you to feel confident that we are taking every opportunity to enhance the health and safety measures currently practiced in our operations.

Pacific Car Rentals Covid-19 Updates 

Update: 24/07/2020

Our office is now open 9am-5pm everyday to serve you. We have implement new safety protocols to keep our customers, staff and community safe.

While advanced reservations are preferred to limit the amount of traffic in our office, they are not a requirement at this time.

Update: 15/05/2020

Our office temporarily remains closed to walk in traffic but you are still able rent a vehicle by reserving in advance.
You can do so by calling us at 604-689-4506 or by booking online.

Please note: Same day pickup is not available online, by phone only.

We have decided to close the office until further notice. All online bookings are still active and can still be picked up with a 2 day rental minimum required.
